She's been so healthy for so long, I have forgotten what I can give her for pain. I just remember there was something that I shouldn't give her, but don't know what it was.

I've been home all day, and not aware of her doing anything that would cause her to limp. I would appreciate any suggestions of something I might already have here at home.
You can give baby aspirin, however.... if it doesn't help, and you have to go to an emergency vet later, it may stand in the way of proper pain meds. It is contraindicated for some issues.
It sounds bad enough to me I would take her in before giving her any pain meds. The part that worries me is that she won't come to you, or let you come to her. That bothers me...
No ibuprofen or Tylenol.
