Default Digestive problems

Are Yorkies generally pre disposed to digestive problems? My little 5 yr old Yorkie has been having tummy problems for the last several months. We recently moved and I took her to a new vet because she was due for her rabies vaccine. The new vet gave her several vaccines that day and when I brought her home she became very ill. She woke up the next day and had bloody diarrhea and was vomiting blood. I brought her back into the vet who told me that she was dehydrated and ran some sort of test telling me she had pancreatitis. She told me I had to put her on a special diet of hills science diet ID food for the rest of her life. Previously she had been on a grain free natural holistic dog food and was doing fine until the vaccines. She continued to vomit on the hills science diet food but it was like a yellow phlegm that she vomits up. I then took her back to her old vet which was an hour and a half drive to get a second opinion. The old vet ran pancreatic enzymes and said she did not have pancreatitis and that all her blood work was fine. She told me To put her back on her old diet of a limited ingredient grain free food. She is now on basic instinct limited ingredient grain free food for small breed dogs and boiled chicken only. She still periodically vomits the yellow phlegm stuff. I would say about once a week. I just wonder if she's ever going to be normal again and if anyone else has had these problems with their Yorkie? my husband is convinced the vaccines caused this ongoing problem.
