I've read here from experienced people that cold air or cold water can help. A quick trip outdoors or using a sprayer in the tub should do it.
Sometimes hair will get stuck when the penis retracts into the shaft. My friend recommends using a little KY Jelly. You can also use petroleum jelly. Wipe up the excess to prevent your pup from licking too much of it or getting it up his nose.
