Oh dear, that does seem to be a strange behavior to suddenly develop. My first thoughts go to A) dental or B) neurological. I suppose it could also be a strange random nothing type thing too- but loss of motor control makes me think neuro and younger sticking out makes me think potential dental issue - is there a bad smell coming from her mouth or any swelling or heat in the surrounding area? I agree that a call to the vet could really ease your mind or give you good direction. I hope all is well with your little sweetie and she has just picked up a strange new habit.
