Why do you want to breed her? And why don't you want to spay her?
She would do fine w/ anesthesia as long as you do the pre-surgical blood work to confirm health.
I would personally never risk the life of my beloved babies via breeding...it's just way too risky.
What do you mean about her "hips" - is something wrong w/ them? If yes, then she should never, ever be bred anyway...
