I had a 17 pound cotton coat yorkie too. At first I was disappointed that she got so big, I wanted one about 7 to 9 pounds. But she turned out to be perfect just the way she was and in the end I loved her size. She got a lot of attention from people and they commented that they would love to have a larger Yorkie just like her. Your boy is just adorable and I think he is a great size.
