Hello YorkieTalkers! I am Pam and I just stumbled on this website while looking for information about my yorkie's ACL which was just diagnosed today.
My yorkie is 7 and her name is Karmen. i've only had her since this summer but she has been in the family since she was 8 weeks old. The story there is that she belonged to my niece who now has a 2 yr old toddler and a 2 month old baby so - there was little time for Karmen. I have a 6 yr old mini-schnauz, Bobbi, who needed a companion (her previous companion was my boxer who went to the Rainbow Bridge a couple of years ago) -- so -- it was a perfect match for Bobbi and Karman. They are now inseparable.
I just wanted to introduce myself any my furbabies. I will browse previous posts looking for information on the ACL problem. I look forward to reading your posts!
