I have a 4-pound yorkie and a 4-pound Biewer. Both wear collars at all times. Walmart and Target have extra small collars (some reflective). I spent a fortune on collars and harness' and was thrilled when I found these xs collars for $3.99. All their tags are on the collar at all times. |
