So, I just got this (in additional to the little night light that stays on Shelby's collar permanently).

Looks huge, but you actually cut down the transparent plastic part to fit. I cut it down to the right size so that I can easily slip it off or on over Shelby's head. I only put it on when we're actually going walking at night and then slip it off when we get in (opening and closing the collar would be a pain, much better to slip it on/off_. She looks like she's off to a rave but seems totally comfortable with it.
You can even make it blink!
I'll try to post some pictures - it's pretty funny but I really do think it adds to her (and my) safety.
