Welcome to YT! Omigosh, Oreo is super gorgeous!! Congrats on such a beautiful puppy!! I wanted my second baby to be a Biewer, but it's just not that available where I live (and some are not bred to look as perfect as yours).
I agree with everyone who suggested to wait (re: the growth plates etc).
I waited until 8 months to neuter my boy and also 8 months to spay my girl. Though, I was super nervous and was praying every day she would not have her first heat before 8 months!
