Funny thing, I tired that tip test and my brush didn't leave any straches on my arm. Now, I know that I don't have a good brush. I bought it before I knew all the information that you wonderful people haave given me. I do intend to get another one, but right now Daisy has no hair.. So don't always go by that test. You may very well still not have a good brush even though it doesn't do that.. Mine is a Four Paws..
