If you don't mind traveling into Manhattan, the ASPCA located on E. 92nd St off the FDR (aka The East River Drive) I heard has an excellent medical staff. I had a client whose dog darted from between parked cars into the street, was hit by a car, shattered her hip and had internal organ injury. The dog was taken to the ASPCA, my client raved about the medical staff. You can give them a call and see if they also spay. One must have 100% trust and confidence in the vets we use for our babies.
