Default Spaying a 2 lbs Biewer Puppy

Hi everyone,

I need some help regarding spaying my 6 months old biewer girl. Unfortunately the Vet I visited a month ago when we got her I did not like. Now I have to find a vet I trust with my little one. We live in Queens, NY so I have plenty of options but they are not all great - if you know what I mean.
The other issue is that on top she still has all baby teeth and the permanent teeth are already coming in next to them and they don't seem to want to come out. On the bottom she lost one baby tooth already but I can see the permanents starting to come in. So I'm assuming doing the two at the same time would make sense. Is it better to do it sooner than later? Should I wait until the permanents come in or before so they grow where they are supposed to? She is so tiny and I would be super worried to have her under anesthesia for that long ...
thank you all in advance!
