I spoke with Patti again. I was unsure of how much to disclose from what she told me. Jack has had Parkinson's Disease for 23 years and a brain injury since before I became a member in 2009. She told me the prayers and friendships from Yorkietalk have been what has helped both of them to get through his illness for all of these years.

The nurse from hospice told her that they don't expect Jack to make it through the night. I am heartbroken for her. Please pray that Patti has the strength to get through this.
