 Sophie passed away Sunday
Thank you all for taking the time to respond and help us out during this long 6 week battle for our dogs life. We ended up taking Sophie to the Tufts Animal Hospital over a week ago and they did a surgery on a bile duct obstruction. They bypassed it and a few days later a blood clot formed in the gall bladder. Her bilirubin increased to dangerous levels and she fell asleep and passed away in my arms on Sunday. It was the most devastating time in our lives. Our hearts ache but we are thankful for the 12 plus years she was with us. Carl and Marsha
