Sometimes fleas can be really hard to find. There can be one with no evidence of bites or flea "dirt." Keep checking her closely.
Teddy recently went through a paw chewing thing for about 3 days and I couldn't find anything. Then he quit.
Try washing the paw a couple more times.
Factor in that coconut oil may attract her to chew and lick some more because it the oil is yummy.
