not sure of the name of it - but someone i saw recently w/ a small dog had her dog in a harness and the whole thing lit up......you could NOT miss it .....saw her from my car and pulled over to ask her name of it ...and of course i forgot ...but she got it on amazon. So maybe search there...or if i come across it i will let you know. But they exist and are out there- i agree the little lights make for collars did do much help. Sorry i cant be more precise.
