Mine is the same way. Pretty good about peeing outside, but will NOT poop outside! Unless we are on a walk. So I try to walk him once in the morning and once in the aft., then he's pretty much good to go for the rest of the day! Maybe the answer is regularly scheduled walks? I make sure to do this especially if we are going to visit family or friends. I just walk him first so I know he won't poop in their houses, which he would otherwise love to do!
