Let me just ask you this, first: with *all* of these bad experiences with groomers, why are you still taking them to one...???
I don't trust leaving my babies for grooming. My Wylie was traumatized by a groomer as well, and that was all I needed to know that the safest, most compassionate grooming was going to take place in one place: my hands. Ya know?
If your babies aren't safe in their hands, don't put them there...do the grooming yourself.
