I am having a hard time searching threads for a cheap, tiny harness. I plan to get a good one when he gets closer to full size.
At 8 weeks he is "about" 2 pounds they say. I was hoping to order something ahead of time, though I know measurement will be the best bet.
I'd rather not use a collar at first, if at all, but especially until he gets used to the leash. I'll be taking him outside of my fenced yard at first, just a better set up for carrying a puppy fast, especially in the dark.
