I was really jonesing for some ramen so I got some Shin Ramyun spicy ramen, poached a skinless chicken breast in 4 cups of chicken stock for 20 minutes so it was nice and moist but still cooked all the way through, put half the stock in the fridge, and added my noodles and the flavoring to the remaining stock. I garnished it with some baby bok choy, some diced scallion, sliced up the chicken and added it, and finally added a soft boiled egg sliced in two. Wow it turned out great.
