Around 5yr old she started really paying attention, it was like she was communicating with us on a higher level.
Now she is more independent, she use to love sitting on our laps while watching TV. Now she prefers to sit on the foot rest of our reclining chairs. She still cuddles in bed and loves to be picked up. She gives lots of kisses. I miss having her sit on my lap. I think this started when my husband had a stroke. He could not create the ideal lap anymore but, you would think she would want to sit in my lap. |
Aww, so many changes! I remember the pee pad shaking days too.
These little ones are full of surprises their entire lives.
