Mine has IBD and I no joke tried every food and nothing completely worked. We went on Royal Canin hypoallergenic small breed prescription food and it's the best thing I ever did. IBD is caused by food allergys so the hypoallergenic food is made with a man made protein that they can't be allergic to.
