Scottie used to wake every morning at 5am and let me know he was up, quite vocally! Casie on the other hand has always slept through the night and likes to sleep in a little. Both of them need to sleep in a spot where they can see me or they'll bark because they miss me. So, they each have their beds on the ground near my bed.
Note that Scottie is now 2.5 years and can sleep in late
