I have 3 other small dogs - while people tend to find them cute I can walk them undisturbed ... with Bella - I can't make it a few yards without people stopping me ...

She has trained us well - luckily she is a sweet girl and pretty well behaved even without any " serious" training ... I am sure she will get the hang of potty training ( we have a Maltese mix and it took a year but - eventually - success!)- and I am doing my best to teach her some manners between smooches.
I contacted several puppy classes - unfortunately most people where I live have huge dogs and the trainers did not feel comfortable having her in class with mostly rompy large breeds - looks like we are stuck with youtube until she is bigger. Luckily Bella has no socialization issues - loves dogs and people ... |
I had a bit of a hard time with Remy at first. Now she is the best of my "pack" so hang in there.
