The best chicken alfredo To die for! Don't overcook the chicken. I used a three sweet pepper mix. Yellow red and orange peppers. Mushrooms and three cloves of minced garlic.
Then made a white roux sauce with a bit of wine say 1/3 of a cup with two cups heavy cream. Boiled the pasta and mixed all together. Served with hot homemade French stick. My taste buds delightih. Oh yes a 50 50 blend of Parmesan and Gruyere cheese about one and a half cups. Goes into the white. Sauce first
