Default Think back when your yorkie was 5 months old

was he or she totally potty trained? I know they are difficult to train...is it they are stubborn, willful, or lazy? Just when I think he's got it he comes in from outside where his sister dogs went potty and I run my bath, only to find he pooped and peed right outside the bathroom door! He was just outside! Sometimes I think I need to just make him wait it out and freeze out true so he gets the job done quickly. My husband takes him our front...and he always goes but takes some time. I feel quilty so give in and for me he likes to play keep away and doesn't come always so it's out the side door to their smaller fenced area. In the big backyard he won't come in either till the girls come in, and last time drug out a dead animal from under the deck so won't be letting out there any time soon. During the day he pees always outside, it's just the pooping in the house but 75% time hits pee pad.
Should I wait longer and we both freeze (in that cAse better put on shoes and a jacket..that's me not him)
Am I expecting too much at 5 months?
