I have had VPI for 2 years and have never had any problems. The longest I have ever waited for reimbursement was 3 weeks (I fax all my claims) and when Simon had surgery last year they paid all but $300 (and it was a lot). They have also covered prescription food, flea and tick meds, vaccinations, and all medications. They also have a multi-pet discount that helps
