This is a very good sign. Pancreatitis is really, really awful feeling, so it can take surprisingly long to snap back from it, it really can. It may be slow...but keep plugging along.

Also try feeding her bits of carb - like crackers or pieces of bread - this can help w/ energy, help w/ nausea, and absorb funky tummy juices...and stim the appetite by doing all that.
