Thanks for your advice. I had got Pixie for my daughter so I asked my son the other day what he'd like and he said he'd love a boy dog so I think we will go with the boy dog. I just feel lately that my dog is a bit mopey going around. She gets walked all the time and plenty of time on the beach and as I only work 2 short days a week she's never on her own but she's much happier when she's in my mam and dads house who have 3 old cavaliers and even though they are too old to play with her she seems to be much more at ease in the company of people and dogs rather than just people. Sometimes when i have things to do like housework she just sits on the bottom of the stairs looking very sad. Maybe Im just over sensitive but I just think she's really missing out on having a 2nd dog in the home and I have always had 2 or more dogs so I can't wait for the New Year so we can get our new addition! |
