I ordered one several weeks ago from wfieldsforpets.com and absolutely LOVE it. When I ordered it, I checked her girth size and found that she was a perfect 11". So I ordered the 2.5 which gives room for shirts, sweaters. Got a call right away to make sure I was ordering the size that I needed. Can't ask for better customer service before the ordered is even filled. I had been using the Puppia and and I liked it but it was getting to be more of a struggle to get it OFF but the BB is the answer. Bought the leather one and thought it was a little stiff but is softening up just like leather seems to do. Will probably get another one in a different color (got white to go with her summer clothes). Couldn't be happier and Gidget doesn't start squirming when it's time to put it on.
