Has anyone else had this problem?

I treated the girls regularly and on September 13 treated. They had fleas and flea dirt on September 30.

We have been using this product for years with no problems. My vet switched them to Revolution because the medicine was different and they could be treated two weeks later. I am hoping this works. Thanks for any input.
