I am wondering if I have pulled some hair taking out her bows. I keep her short cut except for a few tufts to put a bow in. I see her top knot is also thinner.

I saw Ann and Kristin's comment about ring worm, and that might be the problem of course. Just putting my 2 cents in about this. I had to have our groomer stop putting top knots in chewie's head. They were so tight that my poor girl was in a lot of pain and would actually bite hubby's hand when we took it out. It wasn't even a nasty thing she was doing. I do know that lots of hair came out the two times this happened. Now she'll even growl and attack my daughter's pony tail or braid if she witnesses me putting one in. lol. But, I did notice a thinning of her hair. No circles, though. Just knots and hair shedding for about a day on the top of her head.
