My yorkie goes to daycare once a week and plays and interacts with other dogs well. However, when he is on a leash he pulls and barks at every dog he says. I've been pulling on the leash (harness collar) and saying "no". Has anyone else had this problem and have you been successful in stopping it? How did you do it.
