At 5 months, she likely has more growing to do. I would buy only what she needs now, knowing she will likely outgrow it by the time she is 1 year old.
My boys had late growth spurts at 11 months, and they developed muscle their second year, which is typical for Yorkies and other dogs. My Teddy went from 6 pounds at 8 months to 9 pounds full grown. Big change!
