Generally, size does not determine health, genetics are the determining factors, as long as they get good comprehensive care.
Keeping a tiny one safe can be somewhat of a problem, as they are more like;Y to be stepped on etc., and have tiny bones. My previous tinies thought they were Rottweilers in temperament but had to keep them from jumping off tall furniture.
