One more thing you can do. Take 2 fingers & put one on either side of her spine & start from just where her tail starts at her bum & with very slight pressure run those fingers UP her spine towards her head. This will both help with inflammation as it promoted spinal fluid circulation & help to desensitize the nerve. Now when I say slight pressure, I mean slight. If you look at the large veins on the back of you hand & take the other hand & rub a finger across one of those veins with just enough pressure to make the vein slightly disappear, that's how much pressure you can use & just go up towards her head. You can do this several times a day & for how ever long she will tolerate it. If you have help, you can have someone hold her in a standing position while you move her leg in a walking motion as well.
