What is this? It's called "CADI"...? Never heard of it but sounds exciting!

So it targets skin issues, but doesn't modulate the immune system (like Apoquel and Atopica both do)...? So if it only helps skin issues, it makes me think it wouldn't relieve symptoms like the histamine response in the paws etc...?
