Default Is tooth extraction necessary?!

My boy Grady is getting neutered today and I asked the vet to check his teeth as I read it is a good time to extract ones that haven't fallen out yet at this time.
So far, all of his top incisors have grown in front of his baby teeth which aren't loose at all. He also has one left on the bottom and a couple fangs that are growing in crowded. The vet called this am to tell me there are 9 teeth total that would need to be extracted.
Unfortunately, I love in Canada where each tooth costs $150 to extract! I find this extremely outrageous and can only afford the 2 fangs that could cause problems right now....
Just wondering if you think it is necessary to get all of the teeth removed or if they may eventually fall out in the next few months? I can not afford $150 per tooth!

Any suggestions?!
