This is normal puppy behaviour. You can expect all sorts of puppy antics up to 1 to 1.5 years!
I would try to control this early on while it's easier when it hasn't developed into a long term habit.
My suggestion would be to work on multiple daily training sessions, 5-10 minutes each, focusing on basic obedience skills: sit, stay, down, come. The clicker and some yummy treats will be heaven-sent. I did this for both of mine for an entire year. The more consistent your training, the more consistent their behaviours. As for an immediate remedy to the nipping, offer toys whenever she's at your feet etc.
