That site looks interesting. I have not had this problem for about 15 years now. My Bichon became incontinent after bladder surgery for stones. I tried diapers but do you know what a mess those things are when they are shredded
After that I tried belly bands and they worked pretty well. His belly was shaved of hair that would get in the way of the pad so that kept the pee smell down some. Only problem was I was working so didn't change it often enough during the day and he got a rash. The rash cleared up with anti fungal powder. My sweet boy lived in belly bands for the last 4 years of his life and passed at 17 1/2. Now both the yorkies are 11 and so far in good health.
