Have you contacted the breeder that you purchased him from? Do you have a health guarantee that this breeder will honor. Sad a 8 week old puppy has to suffer like this. What would I do if in your shoes? I have an excellent vet that I TRUST 1000% she will do all she can do to SAVE a life. I would follow what ever MY VET advised me. Maybe you should take this puppy to another vet or a 2nd opinion. Sending positive thoughts for this little baby.
