If your pup,is listed as an emotional support animal the airline will have expectations that the dog is trained and appropriate.

When you get your carrier/bag at home put treats and her toys in it so she gets comfortable with it. You do need to work on the barking thing. Hopefully your pup will get comfortable with the bag and settle down in it on the plane.

If the pup is potty pad trained you can use either the family restroom or a handicap stall and put the pad down. Start working on telling the pup to potty when you put it on the pad then treat when it goes, that way it will start to use the pad on command making life a bit easier once they get that message.

Get ready for the noise and vibration on the floor when the landing gear goes up and then down - some pups don't like that sounds and vibration on the floor.

Good luck with your trip!
