Sounds like your Bentley and my Cody are related. No Patio door here, low window that I "mommy dearest" thought how wonderful it would be if Cody could look out of the window. So I had a small bench made for him. BIG mistake, he has ripped out the curtain brackets with his scratching and digging at the window and insane barking for the same reason's your Bentley does, then goes tearing through the house like your Bentley, I also have living room / kitchen combo, small house lol. But hey, he's doing his job, protecting his family and home. No suggestions how to stop it, I let my boy do his thing lol.
