Try giving him a little food late in the evening, right before bedtime. Sometimes an empty stomach can make these little guys queasy in the morning and cause them to vomit bile.
My Teddy had that problem. A few kibble before bedtime and serving breakfast earlier solved the problem.
If the morning vomiting persists, it might be acid reflux (GERD). There is a thread about it in the library here.
