First, you need to find a picture that's 75 by 75 pixels or smaller, and under 18 kb in file size. After that you can upload it using the User CP (Control Panel). If you are unsure about about how to resize a picture, you can send a PM to admin or (any member that regularly helps out with avatars), and they can resize and put up your avatar for you.
