I saw those articles on Wen but my hair is so thick and I've never had it falling out from Wen. I've used it for a couple years now. Since it doesnt suds up you just slick it thru your hair there is no snarls using it. Worked better than the puppy shampoo but I use puppy shampoo on his face so it does sting.
