Poor Teddy! How old is he and how much does he weigh?
If I understand the Interceptor website correctly, Interceptor is suppose to "treat and control" hookworms. Did you vet confirm that?
Did the vet test for Parvo to confirm or rule it out? Parvo isn't something that is treated and cured in 24 hours.
Reactions to Interceptor are possible, as with any med or preventative.
What is the vet's recommendation?
I would definitely switch to another heartworm preventative in the future. We use Heartgard Plus.
