I guess it's good that she will not eat Kibble. It's important that she eat moist food. You might add some extra fluid to whatever moist food she eats. Using a syringe to give fluids is also a good idea. Just give her a few drops at a time and let her lap it up slowly.
Don't give up. Hydration is important to rid the body of toxins.
