A lot of puppies retain baby teeth you normally just have them removed when you get them fixed. I would not wait much longer to do that because it will mess up the alignment of their teeth and can cause food to get stuck in between and rot the good tooth. Generally at 10 months if they haven't fallen out they are not going to.
